1. Definite article of "the" prefix in front of professional management writed by error of indefinite article "a", the usage of "a" and "the" is not so clear so far.
2. "assets" to be used as plurality instead of singular of "asset".
3. I think the parentheses ( ) starting from " both directly... "to be deleted because it is not
only to describe private investors, it mentions institutions and private investors.
4. The word of "directly" was missing, it is better to put it back to emphase the mood of the
sentence.
